Our law firm was founded in 1998 to help one client. Joe was a successful salesman in Dallas whose wife had been killed in a multiple car accident. Contacted with offers to settle from two insurance companies, Joe asked his business attorney to help him with the details. His business attorney had never handled a personal injury case, so he referred Joe to a Dallas firm that specialized in that area. The firm offered to take the case, but only on condition that Joe pay them a fee even on funds already offered by the insurance company.
